8 months

Yes I have a lot to catch up on....a lot has happened around here since the last time I blogged.  I want to first make the babies 8 month post for the sake of keeping up with everything that is going on with them.  They turned 8 months on May 26th.   I will say over this past month they have done sooo much growing and developing.

Hadley and Harrison what have you been up to this past month???

Hadley:

Moved up to size 3 diapers
Wearing mostly 6 month clothes and a few 9 month things
Rolled over from back to belly on May 3rd
First tooth (bottom tooth) appeared on May 5th, second tooth (bottom) appearerd May 10th
Started waving a saying bye, bye
Gives people fives
Started saying MOMMA!! on Memorial Day weekend
Started eating puffs and other soft finger foods-doing very well with this
Introduced sippy cup-still doesn't really understand the concept
Will get into a perfect crawling formation and rock back and fourth-I look for you to be full on crawling soon
Will pull up on things at times
Loves the lake and bath water

Harrison:

Wearing size 3 diapers
Wearing 9 month clothes
You are in to EVERYTHING...We have had to do some baby proofing because of this
Have found your form of crawling to be great for getting around...I will try and post a video of this at some point
Will pull up on everything, I really think you will be taking some steps in a few weeks.  You already take a few behind your push toy
You have started standing and then letting go which has caused a few bruises on your face
Will say Dada and Hi
Started eating puffs and soft finger/table foods
Introduced a sippy cup to you and you still have to figure that thing out
Loves the lake and water
Teeth count: 0

Needless to say we can no longer leave them sitting in one place, we have to always be aware of our surroundings:) Life around our house is fun!!!!
