I hope this post finds everyone to have survived the weekend and having had a wonderful Monday. I find it interesting how differently Monday's are viewed. Some find Monday's to be a break from the crazy weekend schedule behind them, and others find them to be the start of yet another work week. Now ,the start of the work week can be a good thing for many, and a more negative thing for others. When we are having a "case of the Monday's" I think it is important to remember that there are some out there that are facing another jobless week, surgeries, medical treatments, or goodbye's. I need to remind myself of that more often. I really am blessed beyond what I ever deserve.
Our weekend was pretty uneventful. We went to our hometown Friday for the homecoming football game. One main reason for us to attend is because my brother is a senior football player. This is also the same high school that my husband and I graduated from, so we enjoyed seeing old friends as well. I also got to spend some time, at the game, with one of the cutest babies I know (and his mom of course)....Aunt B loves you Jackson:) We had a great time seeing family and friends even though the Cougars did lose the game. I'm no football coach, but they didn't play their best on Friday. Overall the weekend was really enjoyable.
Please excuse the blogs many different looks. All you professional bloggers out there please cut me some slack as I'm trying to figure this blogging thing out:)
